This deployment and management plan for ADATUM outlines a solid, secure and scalable solution that can be managed by the IT department. The minimum viable product can be deployed and utilized with alterations made where necessary, including changes to policies if needed. Using a structured approach, with two phases (one month per phase), ADATUM will have the necessary framework to maintain, expand and optimize its IT infrastructure to support its evolving business operations.
